Hey Guys

 It’s Sarah your Z101 Empire Cruiser girl. I’m so excited about our new website and that I can blog with you guys. Ill be on here every week letting you know where I’m going to be on the weekends.... and Ill be posting pictures from the events that I’m at.

On Friday Ill be at the Niagara Greek Festival from 4-7pm. It will be at the Greek Community Centre at 585 Niagara Street in St. Catharines. There’s loads going on...a children's area with face painting, candy apples and bouncys…Then of course the Greek food.

On Saturday I’m heading out to Farr Lumber on the corner of Bridge and First in the Falls from 10:30am-12:30pm for the Terry Fox BBQ Fundraiser. There will be a silent auction from 9am-2pm with lots of items from a stay in a hotel to golf bags. All the money raised will go to the Terry Fox Foundation.

After that I’m heading to the Applefest at 1468 Highway 8 in Winona from 1-2:30pm. A kids area will be set up with bouncys a petting farm and a fun tent. You can also come out to pick your own apples and go wine tasting and try their apple wine...I think I just might have to.

On Sunday the official Terry Fox Run is happening and Ill be at the Niagara Falls location at Oaks Park from 10-11:30am. Cheerleaders from St. Mike's and St. Paul's will be there to cheer on the runners and a special quest speaker is coming out who actually ran with Terry Fox. Definitely something to check out and participate in.

Then my last stop is the Lincoln County Fair at the Beamsville Fairgrounds. The Carnival starts up at 11am, loads of farm animals, a tractor pull and the one thing I can’t wait for is the demolition derby. Who doesn’t love cars hitting each other for fun hahaha. Admission for adults is $7, seniors and students are $6 and Kids 13 and under are only $2. Ill be there from 12-2:30pm, come find me and get a prize.

On Saturday Ill be at the 58th Annual Niagara Wine Festival in St. Catharines and the Niagara Regional Exhibition.

On Sunday I’m heading out for the 155th Binbrook Fall Fair.
