Hey Guys

Last weekend was awesome at the Wine Festival and Wainfleet Fall Fair. It was a little wet but everyone still had a great time. Here's where Ill be in the Z101 Cruiser this weekend- October 3rd & 4th

Friday is the kick off of the Niagara Food Festival in downtown Welland. Vendors come out and show the Region what they got- food wise. Desire, a U2 tribute band is hitting the stage at 7:30pm and after them at 9:30pm Stayin Alive tribute band will be on.

On Saturday Ill be at the Poor Boy Kick off at Futureshop in the Niagara Square. This is United Ways biggest fundraiser. You can pre-purchase your Poor Boy Luncheon tickets which is on October 22nd, for only $5 and grab a free hot dog. There will also be a few give aways. At 12:30pm Im heading back to the Niagara Food Festival, then at 3pm Ill be at Swap till Ya Drop in the Market Square in Welland. This is a fundraiser for "Can I Play Too?", which helps kids who dont have the money to play local sports or recreations offered by the City of Welland.

Sunday is the CIBC Run for the Cure at Grantham Lions Club in Niagara Falls. Ill be there from 8am-10:30am supporting all the runners. Then Im going back to the Niagara Food Festival. Its a big day for the kids because Ronald McDonald will be there at 11:30am. Find Dena the Craft Lady and you'll find him.
