Its Tegan in your Z Cruiser!!!

This weekend we celebrated a Happy Belated Canada Day and Independance Day for our friends on the other side of the border!

Saturday the Cruiser was there as hundreds of cyclists on the Great Waterfront Trail Adventure Tour!  There was a huge amount of support as they left on the first leg of their 720km ride that finishes off in 10 days in Quebec!  Then you could find us just around the corner for the Annual CherryFest on Byron Street!

Then it was off to Niagara Falls of the Annual Lions Carnival at Optimist Park!!

We got there just in time for lunch! And the weather was great! 

From there it was off to the Friendship Festival! 

War re-enactments!

Marital Arts Shows! Classic Cars! Funnel Cake! Live Music!!

Lumberjack Shows!!

ANYTHING I could think of to do and see was definately there! and there was a great turnout on SUCH a hot day!!!

Sunday it was back to the Friendship Festival for the Morning! Where you could find the Z Cruiser by the gate at Central Ave!

I had a front row seat for the most intertesting thing I've seen yet.  FIRE GUY.  You remember Devil Sticks?  Yeah. He lights them on fire and then rides around on his skateboard....or two skateboards.... AWESOME

It was a great show! For the Grand Finale he jumped through a flaming star!

From there...

The rest of the afternoon was dedicated to all things food.  From the Sausage Festival in Fonthill to the Flavours of Niagara Food Festival in Port Colborne. 

There were easily 30 different chefs there preparing all kinds of great food!!!
